A project on the intersection of people and space in the ever changing Northeast neighborhoods of Portland.

These photographs were made from September till December 2019 in Portland, Oregon. I happened to live there at that time because of a school exchange. It felt strange to suddenly have a home in a place I knew nothing about. So I decided to walk around and document this place and the people in it: to understand it better, to capture it before it changed yet again.
